Amongst the remote rock mines of the Southern California desert, Alexander Davidowski pans out his AG-AF100 large imager HD cinema camcorder to capture the modern-day gold rush transpiring around him.
Alexander, director/ producer for Mirador Studios in North Florida, recently traveled to the isolated Southern California desert to capture a group of gold miners looking to strike it rich. The location was so remote that Alex and his crew flew by helicopter then journeyed via ATVs for hours to get to the two-day shoot location. The project was filmed for a sizzle presentation reel to pitch networks for a TV series.
